1) I believe that I am very personable and easy to
talk to. I can have a five minute conversation with a stranger and consider
myself friends with them after that. Human capital is something that varies
from person to person but I believe my ability to talk to people, no matter
what age, race, or background, is extremely valuable in the professional world.
I am able to efficiently and effectively complete tasks at hand. I am also
extremely innovative and have the ability to create some ideas that are very
helpful to certain people and industries.

3) I think I have
a pretty good understanding of myself as well as how others see me. It is very
helpful when people offer solid opinions on how you can grow and be more
successful. It is important to surround yourself with smart and friendly
individuals in order to grow and be successful.

It also sounds like that you have a great group of friends and family who think highly of you.
